A-SPAN: Sorry Not Sorry

The idea driving the creative is that “money can buy happiness.” Money, in the form of donations from community members, is essential to A-SPAN’s work providing support, services, food, and shelter to the homeless in Arlington. Those services directly contribute to the well-being of A-SPAN’s homeless clients, no matter what “happiness” means to them as individuals.

My team created a series of lighthearted greeting cards that A-SPAN donors can give to friends and family. The playful “Sorry Not Sorry” messages in the cards explain that instead of buying the recipient dinner or a gift, the giver donated to A-SPAN.

We also produced short videos featuring motion graphics and footage from A-SPAN testimonials. The videos are part of an interactive augmented reality feature accessible when the recipient scans the card using the Layar smartphone app.
